Love this idea to combat congestion in Beijing. I came across this while at uni and thought it was really smart how instead of making more traffic by being road level, it just goes over the top of vehicles travelling on the roads and acts much like a train crossed with a bus. I hope it works, and although the cost willbe huge to put a system like this in place I think it would make a huge difference to any congested roads.
